Brian McCloskey has just joined up as head of academics at ChinesePod. Brian is one of the most qualified guys in Shanghai in the areas of teaching, teacher taining, and curriculum design. With a MA in Education and 18 years experience in the field of ESL, Brian brings a new level of knowledge. Among other things, Brian has authored a successful series, Real Talk, of English language teaching books. He has also overseen the teacher training programs for high school teachers here in Shanghai, commissioned by the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission. Brian is also a Chinese speaker and long time Mandarin learner!

Brian’s first task: to work with our local teachers to ramp up the ChinesePod Learning Center. He promisess a whole slew of new additions and exercises to make ChinesePod Learning Center as effectvie as possible.
